A beleaguered Nigerian woman has taken to the public to ask her online in-laws what to do about the predicament she found herself in her marriage.
In a post shared on Facebook by social influencer Fegor Chime, the woman who preferred anonymity, while narrating her ordeal, sought the counsel of the public.
She explained that her husband who is a Pastor has been sleeping with other women in the Church and the issue has become a torn in her flesh.
She wrote:
Good morning mummy Fegor, happy new year, how’s the family. I am married to a pastor for 3 years now and for that 3 years I have had 3 abortions, I have two kids, I told my husband let me go for Family planning but he refused and said it’s against the church. My husband sleeps with women in the church, I have caught him in the office but he begged me not to disgrace him, He once told me that he preferred a woman with big buttocks which I do not have, my husband was also fond of bea-ting me at any slight provocation.
October last year, my husband stopped sleeping in the same room with me, I told him I will leave with my children and he threatened to kill me if I should leave him, saying it is against the law of the church. He said that the church forbids its members from divorcing their partner, that people look up to us, mummy, I am tired from the humiliation, whenever he sees anyone he pretends like the best man, but when at home the beast in him attacks.
I have been suffering since I got married to him, the one that happened recently, he brought a lady in our home saying that he is on a program with her, took her Inside his room and I wasn’t hearing any noise like they were praying, I didn’t say anything, when he saw the lady off, I entered the room and saw sperm on the bed, I haven’t said a word to him, please I need advice before I do something stupid.
